Abstract
Alloyed quantum dots (QDs) attract significant attention due to their optical properties and its' tunability via stoichiometric changing. Although their synthesis is less complex than that of binary or core/shell QDs, the process remains resource- and time-intensive. This study statistically evaluates multiple key parameters governing the synthesis of alloyed CdZnSeS QDs via Plackett-Burman experimental design. The primary objective is to differentiate between critical and non-essential reaction factors, thereby simplifying future synthetic protocols by minimizing the number of experimental variables.
