Abstract
The report presents the results of modeling the fields of reference and object waves in a diffraction phase microscope and experimental results. Diffraction phase microscopy is a method of quantitative phase imaging. The interferometer design is based on the Abbe optical filtering experiment, so the work has practical applications in optical signal processing theory.
