Features of photoelectric characteristics of CdS:Fe samples obtained using various technologies

Abstract
In this paper, we studied CdS:Fe samples obtained by thermal evaporation in vacuum and by the method using Langmuir-Blodgett technology. A comparative analysis of the photoelectric characteristics of the obtained samples is carried out. The advantages of the technologies used to obtain this type of CdS:Fe structures are revealed.
