Abstract
Light as a metaphor for life, and life as a metaphor for light. In 1922, the Nobel Prize in Physics was awarded to Niels Bohr for his services in the investigation of the structure of atoms and of the radiation emanating from them. The report is dedicated to the brightest pages of Niels Bohr's life and work, as a Man, as a Great scientist and Citizen of the world.
